The mission of the 18th South Carolina Light Siege Artillery, Battery “B”, C.S.A. Reenacting Group is to safely and accurately portray a Confederate artillery/mortar battery during the American Civil War. Our unit is a family oriented, historically accurate, educational reenactment group based in the Metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona area. A key part of our mission is education of the public through school presentations, battle reenactments, and “Live Fire” demonstrations. We work diligently to perfect our impressions of the trials and tribulations of 19th century military camp living, and work with all other Civil War reenactment groups to successfully portray our era of interest as true living historians
